What’s the minimum quantity of stickers I can order?
We don’t have a minimum quantity. You can order as little as one sticker to thousands of stickers. The stickers will get more cost effective the more you order.
Are Your Vinyl Decals waterproof & UV Resistant?
All vinyl decals, when printed on our 5 year vinyl stock, are waterproof and UV resistant.
What is the cost for delivery in Australia?
All of our standard stickers have free delivery throughout Australia. For large format and custom stickers we quote delivery per order at some of the best rates in Australia.
Can you make a sample of our sticker?
We can send out sample packs that show our range of stocks and finishes, but we don’t make free custom samples. Once you place your order with us we can print a proof on the corresponding stock for you to check the colours (proof costs apply). Speak to one of our sticker experts about our sticker sample packs or printed proofs.
What size stickers can you make?
We can produce stickers at almost any size. Standard stickers can be as small as 5mm x 5mm or as wide as 1300mm in our wide format. Even bigger stickers can be printed in sections. If there’s a specific size you need for your project, contact us for advice.
What format does the artwork need to be in?
Your artwork needs to be supplied as a print ready PDF file. This means any images should be 300dpi resolution (at 100% size) with 3mm bleed.
What is a die-line and how do I set it up?
A die-line is a line that shows the edge of your sticker. Depending on what you need, the die-line can be a kiss cut (cuts to the backing sheet) or a die-cut(cuts all the way through the backing sheet). Your die-line should be supplied as a vector line on top of your artwork. If you need help setting up your die-line, our design team are here to assist. Send us your artwork and we will set up your die-line at no charge.
On the sticker quote tool what is design time?
If you know what you want but need help creating the artwork, our design team can create print ready artwork to your specifications. Our design service is charged at $80 per hour. For simple designs, eg. an image with some text, will usually take half an hour to produce so on the sticker quote tool you would choose half an hour design time.
Can I have multiple kinds of stickers on my order?
Yes, you can have multiple designs on the same order. If the die-line is the same, you can have variations on the artwork. Charges apply for multiple kinds, so speak to our sticker experts to help with your quote.
