What is Forme-Cut?
Working on a large project? Our forme cutting option might make it more cost-effective. For most sticker jobs, we use digital die-cutting equipment to handle both kiss-cutting and die-cutting. This offers quick setup times and the flexibility to cut virtually any shape. However, for larger runs, we also offer flexo die cutting. While these custom-made dies take longer to produce, are more costly upfront, and can’t be altered once made, they allow for significantly faster production. That means major savings in both time and cost when producing high volumes.

How long does it take?
Due to the dies needing to be make this usually adds 5-7 working days to an order, so orders are usually completed in 10 - 15 working days, laminating and foiling usually adds a couple of extra days. Need them quicker? - Speak to one of experts to discuss the possibilities.
